Bridge Shiphandling Simulator
The Bridge Ship-handling Simulator (BSS) is a state-of-the-art simulator. It is being developed with Microsoft’s technology to ensure the highest performance and user satisfaction. The BSS application is divided into several modules: System Manager, Instructor Module, Conning Module, Radar Module, ECDIS, Communication Module, and Navigation Aid Module. These modules are developed simultaneously and integrated to create a comprehensive simulator system.
Research & Development
Teknomatriks Sdn Bhd’s R&D team, with the help of Beckhoff Automation Sdn Bhd, has developed the Men Machine Interface for our Bridge Ship-handling Simulator, resolving the obsolescence issue and enhancing the simulator’s capabilities. Additionally, we have created Tekno Automation & Control Systems (TACS) to replicate the roll and pitch motion of the Scorpene Type Diving Control and Platform Simulator. These achievements showcase our commitment to innovation and cutting-edge solutions that exceed our clients’ expectations.
Maintain, Repair and Overhaul (MRO)
Teknomatrik provides maintenance, repair and overhaul services for computer-based marine training simulator systems. We have expertise in various contracts, including the Bridge Ship Handling simulator at UPNM and Ship Engine Simulator and Marine Engineering CBT at RMN Naval Base. We offer training and technical support and have secured multiple maintenance contracts for Royal Malaysian Navy simulator systems. We also provide repair and maintenance services for surveillance radar and security surveillance systems.
Strategic Partnership with OEM
We have formed strategic partnerships with renowned marine simulator manufacturers, namely Rheinmetall Electronic from Germany and Global Dynamic Systems from Turkey. These esteemed manufacturers specialize in producing simulators, including the Ship Engine Simulator, Ship Engine Room Simulator, Ship Electrical Systems Simulator and various other advanced solutions.
